Established in Inverness in 1995, Norcom specialises in the supply of digital office equipment - including mono photocopiers and full colour photocopiers, colour printers, fax machines and multifunctional devices - covering the complete spectrum of any users’ needs from low volume desk-top products to very high volume document production centres. We are leading suppliers of high speed, high quality colour systems for the office and graphics arts markets and have service engineers dedicated to colour support.

Norcom also delivers a variety of scanning systems and Electronic Document Management (EDM) packages that will enable users to print, copy, fax, scan, store, sort, organise and distribute their data more effectively.

We are also one of Scotland's leading EPoS systems specialist, supplying the very latest EPoS systems for hospitality and retail users from leading manufacturers such as Sharp, Radiant, Digipos and Toshiba TEC. The company has established dedicated service support for all EPoS customers. Service is crucial in EPoS sales, since products today are as far removed from the humble cash register as a computer is from a manual typewriter!

In July 2005 we became a Royal Mail approved supplier for Franking Machines and Postage Meters.  We are the only Company based in the North of Scotland with a dedicated team to supply, service and support Francotyp-Postalia mailing solutions.

Norcom experienced 100% growth in supply and service of its complete product portfolio during 2005 throughout the Highlands & Islands, Moray and the Grampian areas.

Norcom now has over 45 full time staff including 20 service staff to support that  success. However, Norcom can, and does, sell and support equipment throughout the UK in locations as far afield as London, Manchester, Oxford, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Borders. We provide a scanning and archival service for a National Company servicing locations ranging from Thurso and Glasgow to Oxford and London.
